Let 100% be - $110 then
?% - $96
Decide the propotion:
1)
=87,27% - new price of a bike.
2) 100%-87,27%=12,72% - the percent decrease.
Reply:
12,72%.

decrease is 12.72% all you havw to do is ...
96/110 = 87.27272727272
then you subtract 87.27272727272 from 100% which equals 12.7272727272 then round to 12.72 when you get 12.72%
