The highest volcanic mountain in Africa is D. Mt. Kilimanjaro. This mountain is 19,341 feet above sea level which is higher than Mt. Kenya, Cameroon, and Stanley. Kenya is 17,057 feet, Cameroon is 13,255 feet and Stanley is 16,762 feet.
