A right rectangular prism is a solid object with 6 faces, 12 edges and 8 vertices.

Its called a right rectangular prism because the angles between the base and the sides are all right angles.

The volume of a right rectangular prism is given by the formula;

Volume=lwh

We have been given the base area and this is 3 square yards. Note that the base area is derived as follows;

\begin{gathered} \text{Area}=lw \\ \text{Where the variables are;} \\ l=\text{length} \\ w=\text{width} \end{gathered}

This means, the length times the width has already been solved.

We now have the volume re-written as;

\begin{gathered} \text{Volume}=\text{lwh} \\ \text{Volume}=(lw)h \\ \text{Volume}=3* h \end{gathered}

Where the value of the height is;

h=8(1)/(3)yds

We now have;

\begin{gathered} \text{Volume}=3*8(1)/(3) \\ \text{Volume}=3*(25)/(3) \\ \text{Volume}=25\text{yds}^3 \end{gathered}

ANSWER:

The volume of the right rectangular prism is 25 cubic yards.
