Answer
Part 1
An ordered pair is a solution to a system of two equations. In the x-y coordinates system, an ordered pair describes the location of a point where the lines of the two equations in the system of equations cross each other.
An ordered triple on the other hand is the solution of a system of three equations. An equation of three variables is of the form containing the unknowns x, y and z.
Part 2
For linear equations, there are a couple of different types of solutions possible.
- Unique solution
This type of solution is just one solution that satisfies the system of equations.
- Infinite solution
This occurs when literally too many solutions can satisfy the system of equations. It occurs when the numerous number of equations in the system of equations can be reduced to a single equation.
- No solution
This occurs when no feasible solution exists for the system of equations. This occurs when the parameters of the system of equation are not consistent.
Hope this Helps!!!
