The correct answer is B. George Bush in 1992 sent 25,000 soldiers to Somalia to begin a military intervention to end the inhuman conditions in which the civilian population lived as a result of the civil war and the drought that had the region.

However, in 1994 President Bill Clinton ordered the withdrawal of American troops in Somalia without achieving the restoration of a national authority or the achievement of peace.
