Answer : w > 34.9

According to the table, the maximum weight of a dog before it can be place on a regular food is 34.9

Any weight above 34.9 means the dog would switch weight control food

Before, a dog can switched to weight control dog food, then its weight must be greater than 34.9

The inequality of this expression will be w > 34.9

W > 34.9 implies that any weight of the dog above 34.9 will switch to weight control dog food
