This problem is about dot plots.

These plots help us to describe certain groups of data. Through these plots, we can find the median of the set, and we can know if the data shows symmetrical behaviour.

First of all, if you look each dot plot, you would realize that both data sets are symmetrical because they are perfectly distributed with the same number of dots at the cents, on the left and on the right. Therefore, III is correct.

On the other hand, the first dot plot has 12 dots, and the second has 13 dots. This means the median of the first one is 16, and the median of the second one is 17.

Remember that the median refers to the value placed in the exact middle of the data set. Therefore, II is correct.

Having said that, we can deduct that the right answer is C.
