Equation of a line in point slope form is given by y - y1 = m(x - x1); where m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)

y - 5 = (11 - 5)/(-2 - 0) (x - 0)
y - 5 = 6/-2 x
y - 5 = -3x
