If a hypothesis or multiple hypotheses appear to be true after a series of experiments regarding a topic of investigation, then the hypothesis can be accepted as a theory.

This is true. I'm thinking it can only be accepted as a theory if tested repeatedly by different individuals. However, how you put that statement, that is true.
