Explain in what ways sleep influences the body's response to stress.

Answer: Sleep is important because it is when your body relaxes and restores balance. It's also when the brain restocks on the neccesary things to function.

sleeping can reduce stress because it takes away your mind from worries and puts you in a state of unconsciousness. People who are dealing with stress are found to sleep more when they are stressed
