When you eat food, chemical energy is happening, doesn't really answer the question but might help.... ?

so basically when it enters your digestive system your body takes every bit of nutrients and distributes it out you body so when you eat the right food your body is full of energy but if you eat the wrong foods the you body is deprived of energy
