RdΘ/dt = v
dΘ/dt = (1/3)/20 = 1/60 rad/sec
5(1/60 ) = 5/60 cm/sec = 1/12 cm/sec

Angular Speed = dΘ/dt = 1/60 rad/sec
Linear Speed = RdΘ/dt = 1/12 cm/sec
