y - 2 = 0(x - 0)
y - 2 = 0
y = 2

For parallel lines, slopes are equal. For line 2x + y - 1 = 0 => y = -2x + 1 => slope = -2
Required line = y - 2 = -2(x - 1)
y - 2 = -2x + 2
2x + y -2 - 2 = 0
2x + y - 4 = 0

x = 1/2y
2x = y
2x - y = 0
