You have a rectangular yard that measures 16 feet long by 14 feet wide. It is covered in grass except for in the center, where there is circular fountain with a diameter of 4 feet. What is the area of the grass portion of your yard? Round your answer to the nearest hundredth.

Area of rectangle is Length x Width: 16x14=224
Area of circle is
\pi
r^(2): 3.14(
2^(2))=12.56

Grass area is the rectangular portion - the circle portion: 224-12.56=211.44
