The one that does NOT apply yo the medieval manor is the serf ownership of property.

The serfdom is the status of many peasants under feudalism, specifically relating to manorialism. A medieval village or manor usually contained several classes of laborers, consisting of serfs and peasants.

In return for protection, a serf would reside upon and work a parcel of land within the manor of his lord.
