2y=3x+4 (Added 3x to both sides)
y=3/2x+2 (Divided both sides by 2)

Add 3x to both sides
2y=3x+4
Divide both sides by 2 so that the only thing remaining on the left side is the variable y.
Final Answer: 3/2x+2
