The width of a rectangle is 20% of its length. If the area of this rectangle is 720 square inches, what is its length?

ANSWER: Length is 60 inches. AREA=LENGTH×WIDTH if your width is 20%of your length then you would multiply your length by 20%. So 60×20%=12. So now you just multiply 12 by 60 and get 720.
