find all factor pairs of 75, add them to see which ones add to 10
75+1=76, nope
25+3=28, nope
15+5=20, nope
false, the smallest numbers are the sqrt of 75, but they are about 8, and 8+8=16 which is more than 10
there are no 2 numbers
