pOH + pH = pKw
pOH + pH - pH = pKw - pH
pOH = pKw - pH.
The correct equation used to calculate pOH would be C. pOH = pKw - pH.

pOH + pH = pKw
pOH + pH - pH = pKw - pH
pOH = pKw - pH.
pOH = pKw - pH.hope this helps
