Answer: Judicial branch

Explanation: The judicial branch as one of branches, has duties that include, among other things, criminal and civil courts, but also have the responsibility of interpreting the Constitution of the United States of America. This happens when the disputes need to be resolved in terms of meaning of the Constitution. The most important part of this branch is the Supreme Court which interprets the Constitution when necessary, and to limit the power of other branches.

An example of this of Judicial branch is the interpretation of the Fourth Amendment, i.e. whether the police violated the law when it entered someone's house or carried out a stop and search. Then the suspects claim that the police have no right to do so on the basis of the Fourth Amendment . So, there is a dispute in the interpretation of the Constitution, and suspect can sue a policeman under the Fourth Amendment. The judge decides in whose favor the dispute will be resolved.
