what can I use for the nucleus and cytoplasm of a 3D animal cell model? Note: This model has the contents inside a plastic resealable bag.

Try using a rubber bouncy ball

I can use some kind of gel for the cytoplasm. Its not leaky and that in a diff color for a nucleus.
