C. 9 absolute value is just the same number without the negative(if there is one)

The absolute value sign is used to identify the number of units that number inside the absolute value is away from 0. And so since 9 is inside the absolute value signs, that means that the number 9 is 9 units away from 0. And so the answer is c.9.
