1st quarter: 351,875
2nd quarter: 351,875 - 101,949 = 249,926
1st quarter + 2nd quarter: 351,875 + 249,926 = 601,801

The answer is 601,801

601801 is the answer.

All you have to do is add the first quarter to the second quarter after taking away 101949.

351875+(351875-101949) = 601801
