For the answer to be 130, change this....:
310 – 20 ÷ 2 × 5 + 13
....into this:
310 – 20 ÷ 2 × (5 + 13)
310 – 20 ÷ 2 ×
(5 + 13)
310 –
20 ÷ 2
× 18
310 -
10 x 18
310 - 180
= 130
