"already" would be the adverb in this sentence , most adverbs end in "ly" so that's always a good thing to look for when looking for adverbs!

A word or phrase that modifies or qualifies an adjective, verb, or other adverb or a word group, expressing a relation of place, time, circumstance so already is the adverb.
