You have to write the value 66.4555º in DMS notation, this is, in degrees, minutes, and seconds notation.

-First separate the whole number and the decimal part and write the decimal part in terms of 1/60 of a degree, to do so, you have to multiply the decimal by 60/60.

\begin{gathered} 66.4555º=66º+0.4555º \\ 66º+((60)/(60)*0.4555)º=66º+((27.33)/(60))º \\ 66º+27.33^(\prime) \end{gathered}

-Second, write the decimal part of the minutes in seconds by writing the decimal part in 1/60 of a minute. To do so, multiply the decimal value by 60/60:

\begin{gathered} 66º+27.33^(\prime)=66º+27^(\prime)+0.33^(\prime) \\ 66º+27^(\prime)+((60)/(60)*0.33)^(\prime)=66º+27^(\prime)+((19.8)/(60))^(\prime) \\ 66º+27^(\prime)+19.8^(\prime)^(\prime)\cong66º+27^(\prime)+20^(\prime)^(\prime) \end{gathered}

The value written in DºM'S'' notation is 66º27'20''
