-1/3×n -5= -2

-1/3 n-5+5= -2+5

-1/3×n=3

3/-1×-1/3×n=3/-1×3

2) 46 = -6t -8

−6t−8=46

−6t−8+8=46+8

−6t=54

Divide both sides by -6

t=-9
