ok, start with it's ceiling number, 10,000.
435+1200x were x is mesured in weeks. it would be easy. the number or constant 435 is their base number, starting form 435 and increasing by 1200x, that is the progression. 435 means A most likely.

Answer:

A) It is the amount they started with

Explanation:

435 refers to the amount they started with because the independent term of a linear equation refers to the initial condition of the problem that models. Also, 435 is not related with the variable, which means that it won't variate. So, if cannot be the weekly money, then it's the initial money.

In addition, the term 1200x expresses that they raise $1200 per week, because x refers to weeks.

Therefore, the answer is A.
