At the start: 20$
DVD: 18$+7% sales tax (Am I right?)
DVD price: 18$=100%
full price=107%
0.18$=1%
1.26$=7%
So: 1.26$(7%) + 18$(100%) = 19.26$(107% - full price including the sales tax)
