in decimal 5/9 = 0.5555,
in percent form its 55.55%

5/9 in percent is 5/9 times 100/x (if you want to know why I did that just ask and I'll explain) so 500/9x=55.5555...% or 56%
5/9 in decimals is = 5 divided by 9 =.555555555555... or 0.56
