How do you change 13/10 into a decimal and also figure out if it is terminating or if it is repeating.

The answer would be 1.3. If it is terminating that means it the decimal doesn't repeat. An example of a repeating decimal would be 1/3. Also known as 0.33333 and so on with unending 3's in the decimal.
