Clean up is very important before going to sleep. It is very helpful if you feel fresh and comfortable before going to sleep. Another one would be drinking helps make you sleep. The things that you need to avoid is drinking caffeine before going to bed. Caffeine can boost your alertness instead of going to bed, you will be up all night. Avoid watching movies and playing game apps on your phone. These two activities can divert your mind from sleeping.
