Molar mass :

KClO3 = 122.55 g/mol
O2 = 31.99 g/mol

2 kClO3 = 2 KCl + 3 O2

2 x 122.55 g -------- 3 x 31.99 g
59.3 g --------------- ?? ( mass of O2)

59.3 x 3 x 31.99 / 2 x 122.55 =

5691.021 / 245.1 => 23.21 g of O2

hope this helps!
