Hello,

f(x)=(x+3)/5
y=(x+3)/5 ==>x=(y+3)/5==>5x=y+3==>y=5x-3

g(x)=5x-3

since g(x)=f^(-1)(x) , g(f(x))=x

Indeed:
g(f(x))=g((x+3)/5)=5[(x+3)/5}-3=x+3-3=x
