I think the best answer from the choices listed above is option B. The SI measurement that should be used for the vertical or the y-axis should be Kelvin. It should be a unit of temperature so that rules out option A and C. Also, it should be an absolute unit which really starts at zero. Therefore, it must be Kelvin.
