Answer: Positive

Step-by-step explanation:

Family diversity can be defined as the broad range of characteristics or dimensions on which families vary, along with a recognition that there are a multitude of different family types that function effectively. Thus, Family diversity refers to variations along structural or demographic dimensions (race/ethnicity, socio economic status),family processes (communication and parenting behaviors), sexual orientation (homosexual, bisexual, transsexual), gender (male, female).

I would have to say that it is more on the positive side. Diverse families would more likely have respect to their own culture and differences so I think they will be closer and tighter. Thank you for posting your question. I hope this answer helped you. Let me know if you need more help.
