x² * (x+2) = 3x + 4560
x³ + 2x² = 3x + 4560

I tried fiddling with the calculator and came up with 16 and 18.

16 * 16 * 18 = 4608
16 + 16 + 18 = 50

4608 - 50 = 4558

The twins' age is 16.
