We have the following according the statement (C, age Carl, D age Daryl), X age Caitlyn):

\begin{gathered} C-2=X \\ D-5=C \\ C\cdot D\leq160 \end{gathered}

organizing information:

\begin{gathered} C=X+2 \\ D=C+5=>D=X+5+2=>D=X+7 \\ (X+2)\cdot(X+7)\leq160 \\ X^2+2X+7X+14\leq160 \\ X^2+9X+14\leq160 \end{gathered}

Therefore the answer is: X^2 + 9X +14 <= 160
