2268 dollars because 45+45=90+36+126x18=2268

First you begin with multiplying 45 bye to you get 90 then you multiply 90 by 18 and you get 1620 Next you multiply 36 by 18 and you get 648 Then you add 1620 to 648 and you receive 2268 that is your answer
