Can anyone give me a couple examples for any professional athletes who take dance or gymnastics to improve their skills in their professional sport? Thank you so much!

Troy Polamalu, of the Pittsburgh Steelers, practices yoga, along with Kevin Boss, from the Kansas City chiefs. Greenbay Packers linebacker, Clay Matthews, practices mixed martial arts. And Kris Jenkins of the NY Jets does pilates to recover from formerinjuries but also because pilates helps to build muscle and allows you to be more flexible.
