2x+3y>2

The boundary line is the equation with the equal sign:


\begin{gathered} 2x+3y=2 \\ We\text{ isolate y:} \\ 3y=2-2x \\ y=-(2)/(3)x+(2)/(3) \end{gathered}

The graph is shaded above the boundary line, an the boundary line in not included in the solution, becuase the sign greater than.
