As we knowthat
3x + 6y = 9.....9subtract 3x from both sides]

6y = -3x + 9....[now divide both sides by 6]
y = -3/6x + 9/6....
y = -1/2x + 3/2

slope is -1/2
so correct option is B
hope it helps

if u put the equation in y = mx + b form, the slope will be in the m position.

3x + 6y = 9.....subtract 3x from both sides
6y = -3x + 9....now divide both sides by 6
y = -3/6x + 9/6.....reduce
y = -1/2x + 3/2

so ur slope is -1/2
