As it is expressed in slope-intercept form, we can identify the slope m =3/2 and the y-intercept b = -3.
We need two points to graph a line. On of the points can be already known from the y-intercept: (0,-3).
The other point can be calculated using an arbitrary value for x and calculating y. We will use x = 2:
Now we know another point of the line: (2, 0), which is by chance the x-intercept of the line.
With two points, we can plot them, join them with a line that passes through both of them and we have the graph:
