Answer:
$m\angle E=44^(\circ)$

Explanation:

$AD \parallel BC$ (opposite sides of a parallelogram are parallel)

$m\angle CBE=68^(\circ)$ (corresponding angles)

$m\angle BCE=68^(\circ)$ (isosceles triangle)

$m\angle E=44^(\circ)$ (sum of angles in a triangle)
