4a + 5b

The first term is 6a thus minus 2 from the other a term (which is -2a)
6 + 2 = 8
The second term is 2b thus add 2 with the other b (which is +3b.)
2 + 3 = 5

Hope you understand!

6a - 2a = 4a
2b + 3b = 5b

Therefore 4a + 5b is the answer.
