3x + 2y = 10

3x is adding on the left, then it will subtract on the right:

2y = 10 - 3x

or

2y = -3x + 10

2 is multiplying on the left, then it will divide on the right:

\begin{gathered} y=(-3x+10)/(2) \\ y=-(3x)/(2)+(10)/(2)\text{ Distributing} \\ y=-(3)/(2)x+5 \end{gathered}

The correct option is option C
