So they know the norms and values of life and what is right and wrong in life and what they should and shouldn't do.

"Risk behaviour" is a behaviour that is potentially dangerous and may harm someone. Drinking in excess is an example of a risk behaviour.

It is impprtant that teenagers know about this because they are usually driven by their impulses and they should be more aware of the consequences they have.
