Solve the system of equations {3x-y=10, -x y=12} for Y

3x - y = 10 . . . (1)
-x + y = 12 . . . (2)

(1) + (2) => 2x = 22 => x = 22/2 = 11

From 2, -11 + y = 12 => y = 12 + 11 = 23
