What is your opinion of the balance of nature hypothesis? Would the deer on the island be better off, worse off, or about the same without the wolves.defend your position

the would be worse off without  the wolves. In an environment you need all orders of populous in order to keep  balance. Without the wolves present the deer would have no natural predator and as such would become overpopulated and then all of the deer would starve from a lack of food. It is the wolves purpose to regulate the deer population.
