(7n)/7 = ($8.47)/7 = $1.21 per pound
(9n)/9 = ($11.07)/9 = $1.23 per pound

$1.21 is the cheapest price per pound, so 7 pounds for $8.47 is a better buy

Answer = 7 pounds for $8.47 is the best buy
